Enhance provided a smart architectural resolution for a home alteration and addition in Kingsford. The existing house was in very poor condition without sufficient natural light and low-set ceilings.
We proposed adding a second level with a generous double ceiling height over the living area and a spacious master bedroom on the upper level. By doing that, we introduced good cross ventilation and sea breezes sea with lots of light penetrating throughout the space.
